Who am I and why am I doing this?

I am a frequent (perhaps overfrequent) contributor to uk.rec.scuba
When the web site got to be too much for one man perhaps I didn't duck
fast enough but somehow I ended up with the job of keeping the links
database up to date and looking after that section of the site.
You can contact me via plain text email on my official address as
links@ukrecscuba org uk
(please not HTML mail) with the URLs of sites that you feel we should be
carrying. However I run a totally arbitary editorial choice on what I list.
We spell it out in part on the links index page but in essence I'm not
interested in carrying anything unless I think it would be helpful to the
users of the group.
I hope the UKRS links pages are useful to you. I am always open to suggestions
because that is how it grows.
